Ever heard of a soccer game where the ref approved 6 goals. Where before the end of the game a non-player scored one goal and the score all of a sudden was 0-3. A game that is judged to be over yet the score will not be decided until Wednesday!
Well it happened last Saturday when Sweden played Denmark in Copenhagen. All the experts said Denmark would win. Within the first 30 minutes Sweden was ahead with 0-3. We were very excited. Towards the end of the game Denmark had also scored 3 goals and then… in the penalty kick area a Danish player hit a Swede with his fist. The ref judged it to be a penalty kick.
All of a sudden a Danish supporter comes running to hit the ref. The ref decides to call off the game since the security could not be gauranteed. Before that happens another supporter runs out and takes the ball all across the field to kick it into the Swedish net.
Who said soccer was boring?

I found a longer clip from the match with an arabic announcer. It gets so exciting in arabic! I am sorry I missed this game. What a match. I saw all the goals too.

That’s a really cool situation, I’m always up for a good fist fight that’s televised, but I do like seeing the real thing in hockey too on the ice. Something more exciting about it. By the way, Sarah and I have finally set up our blog so we can try and keep people updated better on our lives. We miss you and think about you two often.
