Remeber the ice cream sandwiches we bought a few days ago. The ones with gingersnap flavor instead of chocolate. I remember the shock of tasting spices instead of chocolate. Remember the picture of Sam taking a bite…
So, I felt like having ice cream yesterday. When we bought the ice cream we got a box of 6 so I thought we would have at least 4 left… right!? To my surprise we had NONE! No ice cream left!
Someone ate the 4 that remained…. I wonder who….

RE blog of 22 March…
Hey! I know something about that Swedish candy, too! Lucky me! It really is very, very good.
Hope you’ll have another contest, Sam!!!

See Mirjam, it’s like I thought! If only you know that it is gingerbread flavored ice cream and you don’t expect chocolate, it’s probably a real hit! I would think that Americans should enjoy this ice cream considering it has the same spices as pumpkin pie! (Ginger, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon). Yum!

An idea: Got your postcard yesterday, Sam! Very funny!! I did think of something else - do they have a “semla” ice cream sandwich? If not, I think you should run with it - there might be a lot of money there! Don’t forget to share the wealth…
