http://www.edu.jonkoping.se/it/ped/gy2/historia/jkpgbilder3/images/MVC-427F.jpgMy boss just called and we did the last negotiation part. I am thankful to have a boss that is honest - makes negotiation easier and he will get the same in return! (maxima - this is a person with real integrity). Here is the funny part. I just applied for a job in Copenhagen. It took them one day to get back to me and they wanted to meet me very soon. It is a big international company and the position is intended for a psychologist. At first Sam and I were like…. oh no… what are we going to do now. We sort of miss the big city life.

The Copenhagen company is a big corporation… all about making money. That made our decision easy. I have worked for that kind of company before and hated it. Sure they might pay much better. Working in Jönköping at this job might mean less cash but a great opportunity to be a part of something that will change peoples lives. To be a part of something that is bigger than me, bigger than money. I feel my motivation and creativity. I CANNOT sleep at night!

I have great supervisors and great coworkers and I am working in a community that are planning for change and development.

Can you tell I am excited! We start interviewing team members next week. I cannot wait to hear other peoples ideas and thoughts about this new team.

This is going to be a lot of work, but it will be good work!

Now can I please be able to sleep again at night. Last night I gave up at 2 am got back up and worked on the computer. I went back to bed at 3:30 not because I was tired but I thought I should give it another shot. Funny part… I was not even that tired today at work!
